Prayer Thoughts for the Heart


We all know that troubles are a fact of life. That, it is not if, but when they will come knocking on our door. There may be times when it seems our troubles are piling up, even multiplying like rabbits.

However, scripture also tells us we will have troubles but we can look to God to give us His peace during these times.

We have to be careful to do what Jesus said for us to do, and that was that we should not borrow trouble by worrying about tomorrow. Keeping this thought in mind should help us, if we will just take Him at His Word and eternalize it. Take care of today, today, and today only.

In the Book of Job, he said that life was short and full of troubles. He explains how he came to his senses and realized that God was who He said he was and He is our help when we have to walk through the valley.
The Apostle Paul writes to the Corinthians that God is our comfort in our troubles and we should fix our heart mind on Him.

One, Two, Three, Go! Pray your troubles over to God and let Him help you.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1).
